All preceptors will be assigned various presentations to serve as evaluators. If you register but cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

A shuttle to and from the Union starting at 7:00AM on Thursday and Friday will be provided

Directions to the Union Club and Stewart Center

Presentations will be uploaded to conference computers at the time the resident registers onsite on Wednesday. NO changes will be made to presentations after uploading.

	Please use the following format for presentation file names: Last name, first name.ppt
	USB drives are preferred storage media.
	Programs are welcome to bring all presentations on one USB drive for efficiency.

Attend the Preceptor's orientation

Plan to attend all sessions. Preceptors are expected to assure that their residents attend presentations during all presentation timeslots.

Packets containing residents’ evaluation forms. These packets will not be available prior to the closing session and will NOT be mailed following the conference.
