General Information
Registration will be processed through Purdue University except for complimentary registrations for conference sponsors*.
Registration should be submitted for each person attending the conference (both residents and preceptors).
Payment
All checks should be made payable to Purdue University. Purdue is also able to process credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
Registration fees for the 2024 conference will be $200 for early bird registration and $350 for late and on-site registrations.
Although there are no refunds for conference registrations fees, registrations are transferable between attendees.
CPE Credit
Please note: Any attendee planning on obtaining continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit MUST provide his / her NABP eProlife ID and birthdate (MMDD) during registration.
Under the requirements of the new CPE Monitor Project, no one may receive CPE credit without providing this information.
