Conference Registration

Registration will be processed through Purdue University except for complimentary registrations for conference sponsors*. All checks should be made payable to Purdue University. Purdue is also able to process credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).

Registrations can be submitted online or via the registration form found on the Purdue University Conferences website (should be up by mid-January). If using the registration form, one should be submitted for each person attending the conference (both residents and preceptors).

Please note:  Any attendee planning on obtaining continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit MUST provide his / her NABP eProlife ID and birthdate (MMDD) during registration.  Under the requirements of the new CPE Monitor Project, no one may receive CPE credit without providing this information.

What is CPE Monitor?

ACPE and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) developed a continuing pharmacy education (CPE) tracking service, CPE Monitor, which will authenticare and store data for completed CPE units received by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians from ACPE-accredited providers.  This NABP program creates a central repository for all pharmacy CPE units and will be available to both state boards of pharmacy as well as pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for review and verifications of CPE.  As of January 2013 all registrants seeking CPE credit MUST include their NABP eProlife ID and MMDD.

For additional information on the program and to receive your NABP ID number, please go to:  http://www.nabp.net/programs/cpe-monitor/cpe-monitor-service/index.php

Hotel registration is a separate process and should be done by contacting the hotel directly. (See resident's checklist or preceptor's checklist)

The registration fee is $125 (if paid by March 1) and must be paid for each attendee (preceptors and residents). Registrations not postmarked by March 1 will be accepted with a $250 late registration fee.

Although there are no refunds for conference registrations fees, registrations are transferable between attendees.

* Complimentary registrations should be faxed to 317-962-2991 clearly marked "complimentary registration" and your affiliated company.
