Preceptor's Checklist

Residents will be required to view podcast and pass post-test, complete Conflict of Interest statement, and submit abstract and CV - due no later than February 1

Conference registration deadline - March 1
Residents slides will need to be uploaded by April 10th at 11:59:59 PM EST
No changes will be made to presentations after uploading
Please use the following format for presentation file names: Last name, first name.ppt
ALL PRECEPTORS will be assigned various presentations to serve as evaluators. If you register but cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

Attend the Preceptor's orientation
Plan to attend all sessions. Preceptors are expected to assure that their residents attend presentations during all presentation timeslots.
All participants will have a carbonless copy of the program they evaluate to assist in completing the online ACPE CPE evaluations.
Packets containing residents' evaluation forms will be available at the closing session and will NOT be mailed following the conference.
