Resident's Checklist

  • Prior to submitting your abstract, each resident is required to view a podcast and pass a post-test
  • A conflict of interest statement must also be completed
  • Abstract and CV submitted no later than February 1 at 11:59:59 PM EST.
  • Conference registrationtion deadline - March 1
  • Slide presentations must be uploaded no later than April 10 at 11:59:59 EST
    • Individuals with a Conflict of Interest must submit slides by March 27 for peer review
    • Slides may not be changed after they are uploaded
    • New information may be presented verbally during the presentation
    • Please use the following format for presentation file names:  Last name, first name.ppt
  • Hotel reservations - blocks of rooms are reserved at The Union Club and Hilton Garden Inn
    • The Union Club
      • Double occupancy is encouraged
      • Single occupancy rooms are available
        • Make reservations by calling 800-320-6291 or 765-494-8913
        • Be sure to state that you are part of the Great Lakes Pharmacy Resident Conference

      • A shuttle to and from the Union starting at 7:00 AM on Thursday and Friday will be provided

  • Presentation schedule will be posted under "News and Updates" early to mid-April
  • Directions to the Union Club and Stewart Center
  • Attend the orientation session Thursday morning
  • Speaker ready room will be available Thursday and Friday starting at 7:00 AM
  • Residents are expected to attend and participate in all functions, INCLUDING OTHER RESIDENTS’ PRESENTATIONS
  • All participants will have a carbonless copy of the program they evaluate to assist in completing the online ACPE CPE evaluations
